Ordering Online: Select the Paypal or Element5 payment option and click Continue below. More Details Ordering by Phone: Select the By Phone option above and click Continue below. You are then given appropriate instructions. Ordering by Fax: Select the Element5 option, click Continue below and click the Order by Fax link at the bottom of the next page. Ordering by Check, Cash or Bank/Wire Transfer: Select the Element5 option, click Continue below and and choose that payment option on the next page. Instructions follow then. Ordering by Postal Mail: Select the Element5 option, click Continue below and click the Order by Fax link at the bottom of the next page. Follow the instructions and print out the fax page. Then put the printed page into an envelope and send it to one of the postal addresses mentioned on the Order by Postal Mail page.
